I've released new versions of Hook Mod, Ent Mod, Radio Mod, and AdminOP 3.0 Beta. AdminOP 3.0 Beta is, like before, an upgrade from 2.0 -- not a separate installer. You can get AdminOP 3.0 Beta here. The other mods can be found in the download section. Included in the zip files for Hook Mod and Ent Mod are help files that should explain most things in detail. The Radio Mod help file will be ready hopefully not long from now.
In the new version of Hook Mod is the option for a swinging hook. This idea and the math behind it comes from the generous permission of SpaceDude who made an amx plugin like it. Also, Ent Mod's admin bug has been fixed. All the mods have been made compatible for Steam and the newest Metamod.
Note: If you won't be using Steam for AdminOP and would like to run it on a LAN server on the old Half-Life TFC make sure to put DF_steam2 0 in either server.cfg or AdminOP.cfg.

I released a new version of Ent Mod. It fixes compatibility problems with Natural-Selection and now has a Linux version.

I released Hook Mod v4 (both Windows and Linux). You can find it in the downloads section.
Changes:
New CVAR: DF_hook_on
- Controls the players' ability to use the hook.
New CVAR: DF_hook_weapon
- Controls if the hook comes out of the gun being held or not (comes out of the body).
Bug Fix: Fixed Hook Mod not being able to read correctly from DF_config.txt and DF_configlinux.txt (caused crashes on startup when not using metamod).

I released Ent Mod in the downloads section. All instructions and commands are in the readme. I'm not sure how compatible it is with all the mods so let me know. It's windows only at the moment.

The Linux version of Radio Mod has been released. As always, e-mail me or use the forums if you have any problems.
I'm also interested from hearing about successful servers that run Hook Mod and/or Radio Mod. If you run one, e-mail me. I'd like to hear about it and go check it out.

I've released Radio Mod v1 for windows. A linux version should be up in a couple of days. All needed files are available in the zip file which can be obtained from the downloads section or the quick link here. If there are any problems, please post them in the forums.

AdminOP 2.0 is released.
READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT CHANGES BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE OR YOU WILL BE CONFUSED!
- All the AdminOP files except skins, tesla coil sounds, and radio loops are put in the tfc/addons/AdminOP folder
- DF_admins.txt now uses semicolons (;) in place of the colons (:). This is so that STEAM users can be admins.
- DF_responses.txt totally changed. See the file for details
- DF_soundresponses.txt dropped since DF_responses.txt is able to do what it did.
- DF_skins.txt changed. Old DF_skins.txt is now DF_attachments.txt. Skins now use REAL PLAYER MODELS inside the tfcmodelsplayer folder. DO NOT TRY TO USE OLD SKINS AS NEW ONES.
- The credits folder has been dropped. The credits are now stored in one database file inside your tfc/addons/AdminOP folder. A convertor from the old credits to the new credits is available in the downloads section.
I will try to get help files and manuals and all that up over the next few days. Can't do it now because summer is over and after summer comes school. So I gotta do that school thing before I do anything related to AdminOP.

AdminOP 1.5 revision 2 & Hook Mod v2

AdminOP 1.5 revision 2 and Hook Mod v2 are now out. Hook Mod v2's only change is that there aren't any issues after a map change anymore. Here is the list of changes for AdminOP 1.5 revison 2:

Funky Grenades
Changes the way all the grenades look.
The CVAR to turn this on of off is:
DF_feature_funkygrens 0
Use 1/0 to turn it on/off.
MG Changes
There is now an option for spys to be
ignored. The CVAR to turn this on or off is:
DF_feature_mgspyignore 1
Use 1/0 to turn it on/off.
MGs can now be captured. The CVAR to turn
this on or off is:
DF_capture_mg 1Use 1/0 to turn it on/off.
MG health is printed in a player's
console when it is damages. MG health is also printed if
a player trys building an MG when he already has the
maximum he can build.
MGs now can't be built in "No Build"
zones.
The armor it costs to build an MG can now
be set with the following CVAR:
DF_mg_armor 50
The maximum amount of MGs a player can
have can be set with the following CVAR:
DF_max_multiguns
Credits Counter Changes
The on-screen credits counter now
includes rank.
The counter can be moved with the
following CVARS:
DF_feature_showcredits_x 1
DF_feature_showcredits_y 0
Use a decimal percentage for the value. You can also use
"-1" to make that axis centered. Example:
DF_feature_showcredits_x -1
DF_feature_showcredits_y 0.35
This example will make it centered on the x axis and 35%
from the Y axis. X axis is left and right. Y axis is up
and down.
New Stuff to Buy
You can now buy the following items:
allguns
glow colorname
slay player
gravity percentage
To glow type "buy glow color" in the console
and replace color with a color name. Type "buy glow
list" or any wrong color for a list of colors you
can buy. To slay someone type "buy slay player"
and replace player with a unique portion of their name.
To give yourself a different gravity percentage type
"buy gravity percentage" in the console and
replace percentage with a whole number percent. For
example "buy gravity 50" will give me 50%
gravity.
Players Can Donate Credits
Players can now use the credgive command
to donate credits to someone else. Example:
credgive drunken 10
Will give a player who has drunken in their name 10
credits.
Apache Remotes
Soldiers can now launch apache remotes.
"buildspecial" or "remote" launches
one, "_special2" fires a missle, and "buildspecial2"
drops a bomb. CVARS for this are:
DF_old_remotes 0
DF_max_remotes 1
DF_apache_ammo 6
Quad During Crowbar Mode Fixed
DF_feature_crowbarmode_quad 0
Trees
Admins with access to the 2048 commands
can now build trees. The command to build one is "buildtree"
and the command to detonate them all is "dettree".
It takes a tall room to be able to build one.
Less Crashes
As always, bug fixes.

Scrollable Messages
It allows messages to appear on
everyone's screen how ever often you want. The
DF_messages.txt file in your TFC folder configs the
messages. New CVARS for this feature are:
DF_feature_messages_interval 180
DF_feature_messages 1Numbers shown after the CVAR name
are the default. The interval is in seconds.
On-screen Credits
A player's credits will now be shown in
the corner of his/her screen. The CVAR to turn this on or
off is:
DF_feature_showcredits 1Use 1/0 to turn it on/off.
Crowbar Mode Quad
Players can now automatically get quad
damage during crowbar mode. The CVAR to turn this on or
off is:
DF_feature_crowbarmode_quad 0Use 1/0 to turn it on/off.
Command Name Changer
You can now change the prefix of all
"admin_" commands to whatever you want. The
CVAR for this is:
DF_command_prefix "admin_"Change the "admin_"
to whatever you want the "admin_" commands to
begin with. For example you can type this in the server's
console:
DF_command_prefix "aop_"
That'll make all the commands that used to be "admin_something"
to "aop_something". So, an example would be
"admin_kick" now becomes "aop_kick".
I did this so you can use Admin Mod and the commands
won't interfere with each other.
Anyone can see what the prefix is by saying "!prefix".
New Stuff to Buy
You can now buy 3 new things:
"antidote"
"mg"
"upgrade"The antidote makes your infection
go away if you have one. The MG can only be bought by
engineers. The default for the max extra MGs engineers
can buy is 2. This can be changed with the CVAR "DF_feature_extramgs".
The upgrade will upgrade an engineers MGs to any type
they want. This can be used by typing "buy upgrade
tesla/guided/rocket/grenade/flame/crowbar". The new
price CVARs for these features are:
DF_price_antidote 10
DF_price_mg 30
DF_price_upgrade 15 (This is a per-MG cost)
Admins with access to the "8192" commands
can type "admin_antidote player" to cure
someone's infection.
File Changes
The following files can now have comments
in them:
admins.txt
responses.txt
tfcDF_ranks.txt
Csay/Tsay Adjustments
The positions of the messages from
admin_csay and admin_tsay are adjusted a little.
New admin_ssay Command
This command is VERY confusing, but it
allows for a completely configurable on-screen message.
admin_ssay x y efx r g b a r g b a in out hold fxtime msgX
and Y are decimal percent number. (0.85, 0.35, etc.) Use
-1 for center.
EFX can be 0-2. 0 = Fade in and out. 1 = Flickery. 2 =
Write Out.
R = Amount of Red (0-255)
G = Amount of Green
B= Amount of Blue
A = Alpha
In = The amount of time in seconds it takes for the fade
in.
Out = The amount of time in seconds it takes for the fade
out.
Hold = The amount of time in seconds the effect holds.
Msg = The message to say.
Tempents Are Back!
Admins that have access to level "8192"
commands can type "tempent" in the console for
a kind of temporary entity. You can also type "tempent
#" to specifiy a certain tempent number.
Duke would be happy.
Other Commands Are Back
The following commands are now back in
AdminOP:
admin_makebar player R G B (makes a bar in a certain
color where a player is standing)
admin_ssa amplitude frequency duration (shakes everyone's
screen)
admin_sfa_in R G B A (fades everyone's screen in)
admin_sfa_out R G B A (fades everyone's screen out)
admin_sfa_in_hold R G B A (fades everyone's screen in and
holds)
admin_sfa_out_hold R G B A (fades everyone's screen out
and holds)
admin_sfa_mask R G B A (creates the effect of a colored
mask over everyone's screen)
Bug Fixes
A couple big bug fixes and a few small
ones. W00t! Tell me how this new version works in my
forums.
